Concept & atmosphere

The design centers on a grand, light-filled hall with cascading chandeliers and soft pastel tones. A floral ceiling ribbon frames the dining ring, while velvet seating in muted green and blush creates a calm, welcoming palette. The white grand piano anchors the lounge and sets the tone for a refined dining experience.

Spatial planning

Unic Restaurant accommodates 200+ guests across two levels. Seating is zoned for flexibility—intimate tables near the windows, lounge islands around the center, and elevated seating above for a panoramic view. Circulation remains clear and fluid, with acoustics softened by upholstery, plants, and layered lighting.
